The Year of Fog

March 21, 2008 by Darlene

I finished this book today. I enjoyed the beginning of the book and the last 30 or so pages and some parts in between. I found though that it dragged out too much over statistics and stuff about taking pictures, etc. I admit to skimming over much of this stuff.

However, the story is a good one about hope and determination. It is about a six-year old little girl named Emma who disappears one day on a beach. It’s a story about how even seconds of not paying attention can change your life and those around you in a big way.

I think it was a good story. I don’t think I’d say it was great-it was just okay for me.

I hope to pick this book up again. I was attempting to read it and Forever at the same time. Needless to say Forever grabbed be more than Fog. Thanks for the review.
