The yada yada Prayer Group by Neta Jackson

May 2, 2008 by Darlene

This was such a wonderful book and I am so looking forward to the next six books in the series. The characters in this book just grab onto you and hold on. I already feel as though I personally know and love them. This novel is about a group of women who meet at a Women’s Conference and end up sticking together. They initially form an email group which quickly evolves into a deeper friendship and the women actually meeting regularly. Tragedy strikes in many different ways in this book but the women pray together and are there for each other. I was brought to tears and laughter in this novel. I think the novel struck so deep within me because I have a wonderful family of PT sisters. We met online and started as a book club about 5 years ago and have grown to be family and love and care deeply for each other. I know if we were living near each other that we would be there in good and bad times for each other as the ladies in yada yada are. Again, I really look forward to reading more in this series.

    Dar-
I saw this book and instantly thought of the PTs! I’m definitely going to add it to my TBR list 🙂
