It’s time again for Mailbox Monday hosted by Marcia over at The Printed Page. It’s where we let everyone know what goodies arrived in our mailboxes last week.
I had a pretty good week last week. This is my list…
- Woman of a Thousand Secrets by Barbara Wood (won over at Redlady’s Reading Room)
- Dead Witness by Joylene Nowell Butler (won over at J. Kaye’s Book Blog)
- Nigella Christmas (review copy)
- Annette Valon by James Tipton (from Harper Collins)
- Knit Two by Kate Jacobs (from publisher)
- Thank You For All Things by Sandra Kring (won over at Fizzy Thoughts)
What about you-did you get anything to share last week in your mailbox?
Just heard about the new Kate Jacobs book…it’s on my TBR list…sounds like you have a good stash!
Another nice stack of books! Happy Reading, Dar!
I want to read Knit Two. Let me know how it is. 🙂
I love Nigella’s show!
I just got in THE CHEMIST by Janson Mancheski. It’s a thriller and I think it’s gonna be a good one.
Ooh! Woman of a Thousand Secrets was good!
I can’t wait to see what you think of Nigella Christmas.
(frown) No, nothing in my mailbox this week. Oh well, I have a stack of TBR’s a large pile high already so what am I grumping about? LOL AND, I found out yesterday I won Divine Justice here at Peeking. So woo-hoo!
Great stack of books, Dar!! I hope that you enjoy Woman of a Thousand Secrets! I am reading Knit Two and it’s a great follow up to The Friday Night Knitting Club. You’re a lucky girl to get the cookbooks in yout mailbox! I’m looking forward to those reviews…recipes please, if you are allowed!!
how did you get onto the cookbook early review list? I want in!!!!
Jill, Mari-Knit Two is good so far. I should finish it up in the next day or so.
Joy, thanks-it was a good week.
Mary, I love Nigella’s show too. She and Contessa are my faves with Rachel Ray close behind. lol.
J.Kaye, that sounds right up your alley. I’ll be watching for your review.
Kathy, Nigella’s Christmas is sure a nice book-very nicely set up. I haven’t had a big chance to look into yet but what I have is very nice.
Lenore, Serena–I’ve heard nothing but good things about Woman of a Thousand Secrets. I’m looking forward to it.
Bonnie, I’m enjoying Knit Two but I sure do miss Georgia.
Marvin, yes you did so that should be showing up in the next few weeks. I have a huge review pile too. Truthfully I have no business getting more books in the mail. lol.
Bethany, the cookbooks are exciting a whole lot of people, including me. I’m such a food network junkie. It’s pathetic. lol.
I read a blurb on Knit Two, and it looked really cute!
🙂 Wendi
My mailbox is here.
I can’t wait to see what you think of the Sandra Kring book!
Wow! You had a busy week mail-wise! Looking forward to your reviews, especially Knit Two.

Diary of an Eccentric
U have stolen my lady-luck — see u won twice 😀
😀
Wendi, did you ever read The Friday Night Knitting Club-it was really good. This is the sequel.
Shana, you’re reading Sarah’s Key soon too, aren’t you? I’m going to try and fit that one in soon. I’ve got to reorganize my tbr books again-I’m fast running out of room.
Anna, it was busy. This week will be slower especially with Remembrance Day-no mail here.
Veens, you’re too funny. I’ll try to send you some of my luck…
Very nice pile of books! Congrats on your great book wins 🙂
Thanks for stopping by the ‘mailbox’ this week. I’ve had 1st Kate Jacobs book in my TBR pile forever. Now that ‘Knit Two’ is out I don’t know whether to read the 1st one or add the 2nd one to the TBR pile.
Joanne, thanks 🙂
Marcia, lol. Might as well add the second one to the pile too. They’re really good though.
