Lookie What I Got Today

I was so excited to be one of the lucky people who won a contest over at Jennifer’s, The Literate Housewife Review a while back for the Book Giveaway Carnival. It was a membership to her first ever bookmark of the month club. Well I’ll tell you now I have two other bookmarks from Jennifer and use them constantly so I was ecstatic to win!

I was also lucky enough for the month of April to be one of the first to win a book from her collection. I chose Serendipity by Louise Shaffer because of the great review Jennifer had given it here. So, this morning in my mailbox was my book and my bookmark and I really wanted to share it with everyone because it’s beautiful! This month is a ‘Delight in Life’ bookmark; a perfect way to start of the spring that seems to finally be arriving here…

    Jennifer, the bookmarks are definitely worth the wait and yes, mail delivery to Canada can be slow at times.

    Oh yes, for those who asked-that was a little bit of snow in the background. Believe it or not we had some more yesterday and some this morning. Spring—hmmmm, where are you?

    Dave, I must agree. YOu can’t use a bookmark with a kindle or an e-book and I do love my bookmarks! lol.
