Wow, I had a pretty good month at 10 books. I’m impressed with myself. There isn’t even one of these books that I can say I didn’t enjoy. They were all good in their own ways. Favorites though would have been Galway Bay and Summer on Blossom Street. I sure hope April will be just as good. I certainly have lots of books planned to read and some blog tours and such. I can’t wait!
- Summer on Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber (361 pgs)
- The Sudden Disappearance of Seetha by Andrea Gunraj (323 pgs)
- The Simplest of Acts And Other Stories by Melanie Haney (101 pgs)
- Bark Up the Right Tree by Jessie & Ruth Tschudin (112 pgs)
- Galway Bay by Mary Pat Kelly (567 pgs)
- Zig-Zagging by Tom Wilson (212 pgs)
- Everyone is Beautiful by Katherine Center (233 pgs)
- Willing Spirits by Phyllis Schieber (292 pgs)
- Lady Anne and the Howl in the Dark by Donna Lea Simpson (376 pgs)
- Deep Dish by Mary Kay Andrews (385 pgs)
And so, onwards to April. I’d better get a move on it if I want to match up to this month. How about you, did you meet or exceed your reading goals for March?
Well done! My March went better than I thought it would. April may end up a little slow, but it's because I have some cool stuff that is going to take me just a little longer.
Have a great day!
Lezlie
PS Max & Skye say hello!
A very good month for you 😀
I really need to pick up my pace
way to go! fantastic…keep it up!
10 books in one month is fantastic. I did 10 too! 😀
You read some great books last month, Dar!
10 books, that is great! Hopefully I will move a little faster this month!
Have a great day!
You had a great month. I really enjoyed Galway Bay as well. I haven’t tallied yet, but I think I had a god month as well. I have to get moving on April. I have been slacking since yesterday.
What a great month of reading for you Dar!! Summer on Blossom Street was a favorite for me as well. I read 7 books last month. I wish that I could read faster!
Well done Dar – that is fabulous. A few of your books have ended up on my list to read in the future. I need to have a count up of how many I have read.
Wow Dar, that’s really amazing!
well done! 10 books is great for a month. I only it 7 for March but I am determined to get to 10 for April
Nice wrap-up. I’ll have to check out a few of the books on your list. I need about three months off from work so I can read everything I want to. Heck, even that wouldn’t be enough time because I’d probably be adding to my list every day 🙂
I did really well on the reading front, but only because I had the flu for a whole week and could not work. I reviewed 13 books, and commented on a few more.
Well done Dar.I did okay for March, my year is even better.I’ve read some good ones this year as a whole.Wish I had more time to read but my job keeps getting in the way:)
Well done, Dar! 10 books in a month is great! I wish I’m able to do that, LOL.
Wow, you did have a great month! I haven’t even had a chance to look over my month of reading yet and probably won’t end up posting about it. Next month 🙂
Your great month made my TBR list even bigger!!! You read and reviewed some good books. I’ve been on a “good” book roll too..knock on wood!! I just started “Sarah’s Key” which is all your fault 🙂
Lezlie, you’re reading some pretty deep stuff so I can see that taking you a bit longer. Give hug to the boys. Hope Peter is well.
Viv, I always like adding to someone’s wish list. lol.
Melissa, Fe, if I didn’t have to work I’d probably read even more. lol. You’re right though, it probably wouldn’t matter because more books just seem to find their way into the house anyway.
Everyone else, thanks for popping in and commenting on my reads.
Staci, always happy to add to your list. lol. I know it’s my fault you’re reading Sarah’s Key but the thing is-I think you’re going to like it so that makes it all ok.
Good reading list! I have read a number of the Blossom Street books but haven’t got to that one yet.
YOu have a really good month!
Galway Bay is looong! But I just won a copy and I am soooo happy.
wow.. Good Job… My March was okay….. but not up to par.. I am in a slump from being overwhelmed and uptight.. ha ha..I have a book that I need to review and I can’t seem to focus and yet I can’t seem to move on… so I am spinning in circles… well.. I guess that’s just they way I seem to roll.
Again. congrats on a perfectly successful month.
That’s a great list Dar! I am definitely falling a little behind right now.
great job Dar!
I didnt read much in March, just been too busy with work 🙁

What a great reading month you had, Dar! I hope to read Summer on Blossom Street this month. Fingers crossed!
10 books – that’s great! I only read 4… I am hoping that during summer vacation I can really catch up or I will never meet my goal of 100.
“There isn’t even one of these books that I can say I didn’t enjoy.” I love when that happens! May April bring you lots of great reading!
I’d say that is a great month!! I about broke even with my plans, but hopefully this month will be better due to the read-a-thon. Nothing better for boosting your reading numbers!
Looks like you read some great ones! Loved Deep Dish! I think March was my best month since I started blogging.
I read them fast enough but i don’t review every book I read. I am totally in awe that you review everything. Wow !
Marg, I’d love to hear what you think of the Blossom STreet series when you get to it.
Beth, it was pretty good 🙂
Lenore, good for you. It is a chunkster for sure. lol.
Toni, I hate when I get in a slump like that especially when I have books that need to be read and reviewed. Hope it’s passing for you.
Jo-Jo, I’m behind too. I’m not sure I’ll ever catch up anymore.
Naida, no worries there. Some months are slower than others. I’ll be ready for a slow one soon.
Wendy, I hope you do get a chance to read The Blossom Street books. I’d love to see what you think of them.
Nan, I’ve got a goal of 100 books too. I hope I make it and you too!
Joy, me too. I’ve been so lucky with books lately. I love it.
Trish, for sure the read-a-thon should help. I’m going to go by page counts though as there are a few books I’m committed to reading so I’ll read some from each and maybe if I’m lucky finish a few of them. It’s going to be fun.
Tink, that’s great. I really liked Deep Dish too.
Kaye, thanks. Sometimes it’s a struggle to review them as I just want to move on to the next but then I have to or I can’t live with myself. lol.
I have a couple of reviews here:

Great month! I’m glad you enjoyed the books you read. Sorry that I haven’t had a chance to read your reviews yet. Still computer-less. 🙁

Marg, I saved your link and I’m going to go peruse it this week.
Anna, don’t worry about it. I know you’re having computer issues. I think I may have told you before-just start over when your computer is better. lol.
