Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers! 😉
Here are my teasers for today…

Also, about the Maximum Ride series, I just started the first book. I was disappointed to learn that 2 of my favorite characters from the books that inspired this series (When the Wind Blows and The Lake House) are not in this series. So I will put in my review whether or not this made a big difference to me!
uh-oh, why doesn't this person want to go home? Intriguing.
Thank you all so much for stopping by my Teaser Tuesday this week. The book is pretty good so far. I should have my review up next week.
Beverly that's a good teaser. I've heard a lot about that book. I'll be watching for your review.
Wanda, it does have a great cover. I always like the contrast of red on a darker color.
Staci, wouldn't be all love to do that-run away for a while and not be found. lol.
I just finished reading this book and will be reviewing it next week. Can't wait to hear what you think of it!
