October 2009 Wrap Up

November 17, 2009 by Darlene

Geez, I’m just finally getting around to posting my wrap up for October. I didn’t get a whole lot of books read but I did read some good ones. Here they are…

  1. Haunting Bombay by Shilpa Agarwal (368 pgs)
  2. The Sky Begins At Your Feet by Caryn Mirriam-Goldberg (229 pgs)
  3. Hex in High Heels by Linda Wisdom (352 pgs)
  4. A Change in Altitude by Anita Shreve (320 pgs)
  5. The Last Will of Moira Leahy by Therese Walsh (304 pgs)
  6. Pendragon’s Banner by Helen Hollick (496 pgs)

I was up to 91 books at the end of October and I just checked and I’m up to 98 as of my last review so I will definitely make a 100 this year and more! Yahooooooooooo! I’m actually going to complete a challenge – good for me!

Let’s see my favorite was Pendragon’s Banner for sure with Haunting Bombay and The Last Will of Moira Leahy right there too.

Well done Dar, it's a big deal to finish that one. Last year I didn't do but I have this year which made me very happy. Congratulations!

Hey way to go on the upcoming 100 mark! I don't do monthly wrap ups, so I really need to dig back from mid-year and see if I'm going to get there. I think so, but not sure. The cool thing is Dar, is that you'll hit 100 despite all the obstacles you've come up against. You have to feel good about that!

Considering the month you had I'd say you did well to read so many books! Nice variety, too : ) You will definitely make 100+.
