Yes, I am joining one more challenge but the good news is that a couple of these can be used towards other challenges I’ll be participating in. Naida from The Bookworm hosts the Romance Reading Challenge and this will be the first time I’m joining. I always thought this meant mushy romancey stuff which I don’t like but it’s not. As long as there is love between the main characters, it qualifies so that makes it much more my style. You can check out all the details of the challenge and join in here if you like.
You have to read 5 books between Jan 1 – Dec 31/10 to meet this challenge. That’s not so bad and I even have my choices picked out already…
- Catch of a Lifetime by Judi Fennell
- Reasons by Tracy Fabre
- Our Hart by Lloyd Lofthouse
- The Wives of Henry Oades by Johanna Moran
- Shadow of the King by Helen Hollick
- Claude & Camille by Stephanie Cowell
- The Fixer Upper by Mary Kay Andrews
- Souvenir by Therese Fowler
- Captive Spirit by Liz Fichera
- The Miracles of Prato by Laurie Albanese and Laura Morowitz
- Halo by Alexandra Adornetto
- Dining With Joy by Rachel Hauck
- Dating Mr. December by Phillipa Ashley
- Christmas Letters by Debbie Macomber
Wish me luck! 2010 is going to be a busy year!
Good luck, Dar! It will be a treat to re-read GWTW.
Glad you're joining too, Dar! 🙂
Good Luck Dar. I have read GWTW 3 times now.. and never regretted it. 🙂
I got smart this year and combined 3 romance challenges. You will LOVE Outlander and it will be a favorite to re-read.
I just signed up for another one, too! But, like this one for you, my new one has a lot of crossover potential.
Oh I love "Gone with the Wind"!!!!!
Have your ever read the second one "Scarlet"? I really liked that one too. Scarlet goes back to Ireland to meet her Father's family. If you haven't read it, you should try it sometime.
Glad youre joining Dar! Those are some great choices!

yea! Me too. You can never wrong with GWTW 🙂
Thanks for popping by everyone!
Wendy, I haven't read Scarlet yet but it is on my shelf. Hmmmm, that's an idea. I could probably use it for this challenge as well.
