March 2010 Wrap Up

April 3, 2010 by Darlene

Can you believe March is over already – I can’t!  The time is just flying by.  I had a pretty good month reading wise in March.  Here is what I managed to read and review:

  1. Our Hart by Lloyd Lofthouse (291 pages)
  2. The Wives of Henry Oades by Johanna Moran (384 pages)
  3. Almost Home by Pam Jenoff (400 pages)
  4. The Creation of Eve by Lynn Cullen (400 pages)
  5. Shadow of the King by Helen Hollick (672 pages)
  6. Wine of Violence by Priscilla Royal (228 pages)
  7. The Girl Who Chased the Moon by Sarah Addison Allen (288 pages)
  8. The Stolen Crown by Susan Higginbotham (400 pages)
  9. Love in Mid Air by Kim Wright (320 pages)
  10. The Lumby Lines by Gail Fraser (336 pages)

March/2010: 10 books, Page Count:  3718

Year to Date/2010: 25 books, Page Count:  8629

Shoot, I had many favorites this month – my absolute favorites though would have been The Girl Who Chased the Moon, The Wives of Henry Oades and Shadow of the King.

How about you?  What kind of a month in terms of reading was it for you in March?

I hit 50 books read by the end of March, so I guess that means I read about 15 books? Maybe I can dare to dream of hitting 200 for the year!

Nice list of books there! I managed to read 13. I'm so off pace from last year, but it's ok. I'm enjoying the books more. =)

I also liked The Girl Who Chased the Moon, but my favorite book by this author was her first Garden Spells.

You had a great month Dar.

Looks like you had a busy month! Our year-to-date totals are pretty close. I think I'm going to post a 1st quarter update since I forgot to do the monthly ones.
