My teasers this week come from Darkfever by Karen Marie Moning…

‘She was a tad easier on the eye than mousy, which was why I noticed them, because he was drop-dead gorgeous, I mean, close-your-eyes-and-wish-some-guy-that-hot-would-ever-look-at-you-gorgeous. Lots of times you see it the other way around, the sultry do-me-big-boy Betty Boop with a Jack Nicholson, but you don’t often see a Fabio with an Olive Oyl.’ (pg 68, eBook)

Ok, I picked this teaser because I had to ask if I’m I the only person who actually thinks Jack Nicholson is good looking? I do. I always have although in The Shining he sure did look more than a little deranged. lol.

I am really enjoying this book. I am participating in Karen Marie Moning’s book tour with TLC Book Tours and I’m so glad I am. I have found myself another series to love! I am so looking forward to the next four books in The MacKayla Lane Novels. How about you – any good teasers this week? Feel free to leave me a link or post your teasers in the comments.   4. Jackie boy was very good looking to me in his younger years in "Easy Rider" for instance with Dennis Hopper and Peter Fonda. I loved him playing opposite Michelle Pfeiffer in "Wolf" when she was his love interest, he was very "human" for a man turned into a Werewolf. I love his wit, his sarcastic dry humor, his acting in "The Shining" made me hide behind a chair and in the "Witches of Eastwick" as a "horny little devil" he was about as repulsive as you can get. My husband loves to watch him in "As Good As It Gets" with Greg Kinnear and Helen Hunt where he is in top form and classic Jack…

    I hope you are having fun with your KMM tour reading, love the series and we have such a long wait until all the loose ends from last book are tied up…(:

  6. I love his movies but he always sort of look slightly deranged to me lol. Maybe The Shining ruined him for me heh. Great teaser!

  11. That is a pretty clever teaser! Do I think he is good looking? Not in the classic sense, but he does have that charm that allows him, even at his age, to get the hot chickies.

  13. I think Jack is extremely good looking and I love his personality, he cracks me up. Most people look at me like I have 3 heads when I say this so I was so happy when I read your post! Sure, Jack can look deranged but he can also look great such as in Terms of Endearment or Chinatown!

  14. That's a good one! I just snagged this one from B&N as a free ebook. I think Jack was attractive when he was younger… Here's mine from Matched.

  20. I don't find him attractive but he's not ugly either. I've read one of her Highlander books but I wasn't really impressed at the time. I may try these though.

  21. I think Nicholson is sort of handsome in a way. He has aged ok, but in his earlier days, he was a good looking guy, I think!

  24. I do think that Jack Nicholson is appealing in his special ways. I know I have a huge crush on Sean Connery. LOL.
