I think I did pretty good with getting some books read in December although I still didn’t manage to meet my goal of 100 books. Close but not quite. So, here’s the list for December…
- Outside the Ordinary World by Dori Ostermiller (400 pages)
- Pretty Little Liars #6 – Killer by Sara Shepard (352 pages)
- Dreamfever by Karen Marie Moning (512 pages)
- Crank by Ellen Hopkins (544 pages)
- Glass by Ellen Hopkins (704 pages)
- Dining with Joy by Rachel Hauck (320 pages)
- The King’s Daughter by Christie Dickason (480 pages)
- Cream Puff Murder by Joanne Fluke (304 pages)
- Christmas Letters by Debbie Macomber (269 pages)
- Dating Mr. December by Phillipa Ashley (304 pages)
- Beach Roses by Jean Stone (336 pages)
December 2010: 11 books, 4, 525 pages
Year to Date 2010: 87 books, 30, 292 pages
Whew! Well that was my best month for a long time now although a few of these were read in November when I wasn’t blogging. My favorites were Dining with Joy by Rachel Hauck and Beach Roses by Jean Stone. I can’t say I had a least favorite – I enjoyed them all. It’s off to a new year now and challenging myself to beat 100 books this time!
How about you – how many books did you manage to read this year? Did you meet your goals or fall short? What’s your goal for books read for 2011?

Not much I think. The usual 30 something! I hope you have fabulous year ahead 🙂
you gotta love a book called the Cream Puff Murder!
Wow! I can't believe how much you read in November and December and how many pages you read total! I finished 54 books, it would have been more but I had a couple of really slow reading months this past Fall. My dream would be to hit 100 books again. I did it one year, before I had to go back into the work force.
Happy New Year and Happy Reading.
*smiles*
Wow – you did really well Dar. I hope 2011 is a joyful year for you.
Congrats on all of the reading you got done! I met my goals this year (which were to read a little less – have more balance). I have pretty much the same goals for next year.
87 books is fantastic!! I have Burned by Ellen Hopkins and I'm not sure if these are a series or if one should be read first….I'll have to look that up.
Great reading year Dar! I have never counted pages read, maybe I will try to do that this year.
Wow Dar, I read 78.
I will be doing a 2010 review in a couple days.
87 book is great Dar!! Happy New Year!
