Chapters Indigo has always been a favorite place of mine to shop for books (both online and in-store) but that’s not all – they have lots of other great stuff! There are journals, bookmarks, book bags, blankets, and a multitude of other gift ideas for that special someone in your life or just for yourself. Today I’m going to share with you some of the great Holiday gift ideas that Chapters Indigo has to offer (especially some of my favorites) along with links to some others and since they’ve very kindly offered up a $50 e-Giftcard for my readers, you can even get started on your own Holiday shopping spree. Recently Chapters Indigo revamped their website and it looks simply fabulous! I really like it and they’ve made it so easy to find what you’re looking for quickly not to mention that the bold new colors really jump out at you and make you want to stay and look around. I’m impressed with all they have brought together for us this holiday season. Here are just a few highlights:

Now, the fun part! Let’s see some of the stuff I love. Of course you all already know I love books and certainly there is no shortage of those at Chapters Indigo. I’m hoping for a few e-Giftcards in my stocking this year so I can add to my already overflowing selection of books yet to be read. I always say that a book lover can never have too many books. Chapters Indigo has brought together some of the best books of the year in their Holiday Gift Guide for everyone in your life – books for him, books for her, books to savour, and the Best of the Season. Some of my favorites are included in these lists like The Virgin Cure by Ami McKay (I’m currently reading this one), The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, and one of my favorite authors Alice Hoffman’s, The Dovekeepers. There are also Holiday Gift Guides to choose from like gifts for him, her, the kids or teens in your life, or that precious little baby of yours!

But wait there’s more!!! There are Kobo eReaders: The brand new Kobo Vox Colour which is on my Christmas wishlist looks awesome – I want the hot pink one of course.

There is also the newer Kobo Touch which is great as well as I already own this one and like it. It’s great to read on and easy to navigate.

 

Some of you may not know this but I love blankets. I have so many blankets that I have no where to put them anymore. I guess I could almost compare my blanket love to my book love although it’s not quite as bad. And what’s a blanket without a gorgeous Mongolian Fur Pillow to go with it…

Along with a warm and cozy pair of Pom Pom Socks – I love these with the pom-poms. The only battle I can foresee is keeping Sammy well away from the pom-poms or I will be sockless in no time.

And I never could resist a new and adorable Henley Holiday Bear. Hmmmmm, I wonder what Sammy will think of me cuddling a teddy bear? LOL. Hopefully he won’t see fit to tear it to shreds.

 

While I’m all cozied up leaning against my new pillow cuddling Sammy and my new teddy bear, not to mention perfectly warm under my new blanket with my very warm feet, this High Gloss Teapot Red and Felt Tea Cozy along with a lovely selection of tea in this Warming Joy Petite Tea Gift Set  would just make me happier than ever. Along with my addiction to books and blankets, I also like cute tea pots.

And one other thing that I hope someone will be nice enough to get me for Christmas… this gorgeous Mercury Hurricane Lamp…

    What I am wishing for the most – To spend Christmas day with my hubby! You know how he works away from home and I only see him every few weeks? Well he just told me that he is not even sure that he will be home for Christmas! So i am praying that he can either come home or that I am able to go there for a few days.

  38. I’m also from Canada so there’s no Barnes and Noble and no Borders for me to go to. But there is Chapters and I love visiting there. There’s usually a Starbucks in one and even though I’m not a coffee drinker, I like the whole layout of the store. It’s cozy, intimate and brimming with tons of books and other great things. I could literally spend hours in there. There’s another book store near my place, Black Bonds Books which I like but Chapters is my go-to place.

    Speaking of books, what I want most for Christmas is an ereader. It doesn’t have to be all jazzy, as long as the battery life is long and the contrast is clear I want it 🙂

  84. My real wish (you don’t have to count this for entry) is actually a prayer. I really need a Christmas miracle for my 17 yr old daughter. Things financially have been so bad for us this year & I really try to keep a an uplifted spirit around her. I want her to enjoy her day to day life, keep her grades up in her senior yr of school. I just got a speeding ticket when I was only going 3 over the limit! I won’t be able to give her anything for Christmas but I just want her to see the real Christmas! Please pray for us. And thanks 🙂
