The Grace Burrowes Scottish Victorian Print Book Giveaway! (US/Canada)

August 23, 2013 by Darlene

Burrowes Book Giveaway

To celebrate the release of Once Upon a Tartan by Grace Burrowes this August Sourcebooks is giving away SIGNED copies of the two books in Grace Burrowes’ emotional and sensual Scottish Victorian-set MacGregor romance series: The Bridegroom Wore Plaid and Once Upon a Tartan! Isn’t that awesome!

ABOUT ONCE UPON A TARTAN

Once Upon a Tartan Cover

Honor or happiness—he can’t have both.

Tiberius Flynn may be every inch an English lord, but smart, headstrong beauty Hester Daniels has no use for his high-handed ways–no matter how handsome, charming, or beguiling he is. They only see eye to eye in caring about the feisty little girl who is under their protection.

Tiberius’s haughty insistence that his wealthy estate in England is a better place for the child than her beloved, rundown Scotland home sparks Hester’s fierce protectiveness, and the battle lines are drawn.

I am a huge fan of Grace’s books. I read The Bridegroom Wore Plaid and Matthew and Mary Fran and I couldn’t wait to read Once Upon a Tartan. I love reading books that have Scottish guys with a brogue.

Thanks for this post! I am curious as to how Tiberius and Hester will settle their disagreement about where the child should reside: in a life of privilege in England or in a remote, rundown abode in Scotland. Even in custody battles today there is always the argument about where the children should go (money v. poverty). I’m sure Grace will settle this with her usual flair in this story. 🙂 I shared the giveaway on FaceBook (https://www.facebook.com/janice.hougland/posts/623053087728051) and tweeted about the giveaway (https://twitter.com/jjh2690/status/370986467620700160
